Using the microwave can result in nutrient degradation, electromagnetic radiation, & chemical changes to the food. When microwaving in plastic there is an extremely high risk of releasing harmful toxins into your food as well.
Avoid Wireless Frequencies
Avoid using Bluetooth devices including, Bluetooth hearing aids, Bluetooth headphones, Smart watches, Alexas, etc.

Stay Hydrated
